Your personal information is collected to be shared on this website and on the COPD: Life Is Calling Facebook page to motivate you and other COPD patients or their friends to better live with the disease and to encourage people living with the condition to take on personal challenges. Your e-mail address is collected to have a point of contact with you if needed and to keep you informed with the overall progress of the campaign, but it is not shared on the website or the Facebook page.

Personal information disclosure to third parties

Your name, age, country and challenge will be shared on the publicly available website and the Facebook page. All of the personal information you submit, including your e-mail address, may be disclosed to other Novartis affiliates worldwide that agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your personal information may also be transferred to third parties who act for or on our behalf, for further processing in accordance with the purpose(s) for which the information were originally collected or may otherwise be lawfully processed, such as services delivery, evaluating the usefulness of this website, data management or technical support.
